I’m Sì Walker, a colour correction expert who specialises in giving hairdressers the confidence to take on the most complex colour work - without the overwhelm.

Colour correction is one of the hardest and most emotional services in our industry, and I’m passionate about making it less stressful and more profitable for stylists. Through my online courses and in person classes, I teach practical techniques, real life strategy, and the mindset to feel confident saying “yes” to colour correction clients.

I’m Stephanie Plastow – founder of Iconic Fckin Hair, Iconic Mane, and SLP Hair Industry Training. What started as a dream in the corner of my dining room has grown into a multi-brand empire built around empowering women through hair.

Iconic Fckin Hair is my award-winning salon in Peterborough, known for transformations, hair loss solutions, and zero-BS vibes.
Iconic Mane is our premium hair extension line trusted by pros, and SLP Training offers CPD-accredited education in extensions, mesh integration, and advanced hair loss systems. I’m all about real results, real growth, and building a community of unstoppable stylists.

Emma is the founder of Sargent Training, a leading education provider for the Hair, Beauty, and Aesthetics industry. With over 6 years of experience, she’s supported more than 600 accredited academies across the UK and beyond. Her mission is to make high-quality, accessible education the foundation of success for both aspiring professionals and established business owners.

Emma is known for her industry insight, strategic leadership, and commitment to raising professional standards. She’s a respected mentor, speaker, and advocate for ethical practice, development, and growth in the ever-evolving beauty sector.

Owner of Nikita Hair Extensions Salon ND Training Academy & ND MAN our luxury hair loss studio for men. I’ve been in the industry for 14 years specialising in weft extensions and hair loss.

I’ve won multiple awards worldwide and taught 1000’s over the years my craft. I absolutely love and breathe hair extensions and feel so fortunate for the opportunities my line of work has brought to me.

Emily Jane has been at the forefront of the hair extension industry for over 15 years, building a reputation as a trusted expert and a passionate educator. With a wealth of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the craft, she has become a leading figure in the field, known not only for her technical skill but also for her commitment to raising standards across the industry.

As a dedicated mentor, Emily has trained and inspired countless students through her academy, empowering them to build successful careers in hair extensions with confidence, creativity and professionalism.

Charlotte - Blend

Hey, I’m Charlotte, founder of Blend and a hair extensionist for almost a decade. In 2021, I launched Blend, a brand created to change the game in the professional hair extension world with premium quality, bespoke shades and a focus on truly supporting hair extensionists.

I’m SO excited to be part of the very first Industry Awards as both a judge and sponsor to celebrate all the incredible talent in our industry. I can’t wait to meet you all!

Krystle Purdy - Krystalized Hair

Hi, I’m Krystle – owner of Krystalized Hair. I started my hair journey in 2010 while working in the City, but I knew my heart was in hair. What began in my bedroom grew into The Shed, and now I proudly own my dream salon in Loughton, celebrating 10 incredible years.

I’m a mum of three, and balancing family life with business has had its challenges, but I’m lucky to have an amazing, talented team beside me. I’m passionate about making every client feel their best, with a real focus on detail, neat sections, and a seamless, comfortable finish.

Lisa - Lisa's Locks

My name is Lisa, and I am the owner of Lisa’s Locks. I have always been passionate about creating beautiful, big hair for over eight years, and I am proud to offer my services to all beautiful ladies, particularly brides.

My goal is to ensure that each bride feels like a princess on her wedding day. I am committed to providing exceptional service, from styling her hair to decorating her wedding room. I am particularly fond of creating videos that capture the beauty of the wedding morning.

Amy - Hair By Amy Leanne

My names Amy and ive been in the hairdressing industry for 8 years, starting out as an employee before moving to self-employment and eventually opening my own salon, where I now lead a talented team of six.

In 2021, I was proud to be named Best Colourist in Essex, a recognition of my passion and dedication to the craft. I truly love what I do, it’s a creative, social career that allows me to meet new people every day and connect with others who share the same enthusiasm for the industry!

Shelly - Bouncy Blowbar

Hi I’m Shelley - Founder of Bouncy Blowbar With over 15 years of experience in the hair industry, my journey began as a teenager working in a London salon, this is where I discovered a passion for hair styling that would shape my career.

Driven by a vision to fill a gap in the market, I dedicated myself to perfecting the original brush technique behind my signature Bouncy Blowdry. Recognising the limited availability of salons specialising in this service, I opened Bouncy Blowbar a luxury, private salon based in Essex. I’m proud that my work and dedication to the industry have been recognised, culminating in the honour of being selected as a judge for the The Industry Awards 2026.

Hi, I’m Charmaine — I’ve been working with hair extensions for over 10 years and turned my work & passion to my own business “Goldilengths” during lockdown, launching my own home-based studio five years ago. What started as a side hustle quickly became a full-time career, and I haven’t looked back since.

I specialise in creating natural-looking, confidence-boosting transformations using high-quality extensions tailored to each client. Whether you’re after volume, length, or a complete glow-up, I focus on giving you results that look and feel amazing.

Georgia - The Salon Box

My names Georgia Jackson, I am a hair extension specialist and a hair dresser and have been in the hair industry for 12 years. After working in various salons, I decided to start my own business and go self employed during lockdown.

With my business growing quickly, I started working from my little flat, then I rented a chair at a salon, to now proudly having owned my own salon for nearly 3 years. It was always my dream to have a salon of my own, and I am proud to say we currently have 8 team members now working in the salon, have won different awards, I have been nominated a super stylist for Remi cachet 2025, and have recently been featured on a podcast that is shown on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube.

Scott - Scott James Hair Studio

Scott James is an award-winning international stylist with over a decade of experience in the hair industry. Renowned for his creative vision and technical expertise, Scott has worked with leading fashion brands including ASOS, and has styled for high-profile television productions such as ITV’s Love Island and The Only Way is Essex.

His global career includes working at the prestigious Ritz-Carlton salon in Dubai, where he further honed his craft among an elite clientele. Scott brings both a passion for excellence and a wealth of industry insight to the judging panel.
